In my opinon: Kaka wins. Despite having more achievements than Kaka, I perceive Ronaldo to be more individualistic. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, especially when you’re a forward. Aggressiveness is needed for a forward to break through the defense of the opposing team. But watching the two of them and comparing them, Kaka seemed to be more in control and calm despite being aggressive in making a goal.
Kaka is also more of a team player. It’s not surprising, since he was initially a midfielder. But in football, being a team player counts a lot.
There’s also something about Ronaldo that exudes a rather boastful aura. It maybe unintentional on his part, and it may be just my impression of him. But a thought comes to mind that if a certain person is humble and down-to-earth, he wouldn’t give you an impression that he is conceited and overconfident. Kaka doesn’t.

I would say Kaka. He’s really focused on football and he has a whole lot of talent we haven’t yet seen. Ronaldo is good, he has talent, but now he’s turning extremely commercial and isn’t recgnozied for his football skills anymore. Kaka’s also a better sport I guess than Ronaldo.

Actually, both Kaka and C. Ronaldo are good. They pley very very well. However, C. Ronaldo is just good at controlling ball and sending his team-mate but not so good at scoring while Kaka is very good at both.

Ronaldo used to be an idiot, diving and cheating. Now, though, he is the best player in the world, and deserves the award. Both players have great control, tricks and finishing, but Ronaldo’s goal scoring record this season has been amazing. Also Man Utd are first in the league, and in the champions league final, Milan are 5th and out of the Champo league

First of all it is an stupid comparison. They play different position, they have different styles they both are very good players. But this 2008 C. Ronaldo was the best of the world because M. United won the champions and the premier league. Last year the best was kaka because Milan won the champions and la serie A. So it all depends on how good their teams are playing and of course in the good moment they are..

I say Cristiano Ronaldo is better. Having recently won the Ballon d’Or and most likely to win the FIFpro Footballer of the year, he’s really that good. Don’t get me wrong, Kaka is really good, talented and has an great vision of the field. Kaka is a team player and is good with the ball distribution and relies on the team. Ronaldo on the ,on the other hand, is more of a person who doesn’t need a team. Not that I am saying he is a one man team, but he has the skills are everything Kaka has to make him one. His dribbling are only rivalled by a few and his pace is really fast. Therefore, I think Ronaldo is the best out there.

C. ronaldo has some “tricks” but he’s arrogant, selfish, and most of times he adds some “special training tricks” that aren’t necessary during the game and in most of the situations…and without an effective result !!
Kaka also has a better personnality, and he’s more professional …
